Shipments will not occur on weekends or holidays. Should we experience a high volume of orders, we will communicate any changes or delays made to your order via email.

Real Unicorns Do Exist is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
• Damages
Real Unicorns Do Exist is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or their support team directly to file a claim. Please take a picture, save all packaging material, and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy
Real Unicorns Do Exist is a small, independent business and most of our products are handmade, so all sales on RUDE. are final.
RUDE. accepts returns of unopened, undamaged products for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase. Items recieved after 15 days will be refunded via store credit. Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs. Return labels will not be provided. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
